BUYING & DELIVERY
A genuine software licence for software made by Microsoft, Autodesk, Adobe and other publishers. Depending on the publisher you receive either a licence key that you enter to activate the software, or a licence assigned to your own account with the publisher (Autodesk and Microsoft 365). The product page tells you which before you buy. There is no box or DVD, everything is digital.
Within 0 to 1 working days of your payment clearing, and often within minutes. Licence keys are emailed to the address you gave at checkout and are also in My Account → Orders. Assigned licences (Autodesk, Microsoft 365) appear in your own publisher account. A few orders are held briefly for a security check; we email you if that happens.
First check your spam or junk folder and My Account → Orders. For Autodesk or Microsoft 365, sign in to your publisher account and look for the new entitlement. Still nothing? Email [email protected] with your order number and we will re-send or re-submit it free of charge.
From the publisher’s official website or your publisher account, so you always get the latest, clean installer. Your delivery email includes the download link and short activation instructions.
For Autodesk you can pick version 2024, 2025, 2026 or 2027 at the same price — choose the one your team or project already uses. For Microsoft, check the system requirements on the product page (for example, Office 2024 needs Windows 10 or 11). If you are unsure, email us before ordering and we will tell you which one fits.
A Client Access Licence (CAL) gives one user or one device the right to connect to a Microsoft server (Windows Server, SQL Server, Exchange or SharePoint). Choose User CAL if people use several devices, or Device CAL if several people share one device — both cost the same. You need one CAL for each user or device, so simply enter the number in the quantity box. See our MS CALs range.
Yes, we deliver worldwide and delivery is always free. Prices are in pounds sterling. Most products are multilingual and every product includes English; the product page lists the available languages.
Yes. Enter your company name and your VAT number or company number at checkout and they will appear on your invoice. An invoice from ESEO SERVICES LTD is emailed with every order and is also available in My Account. For larger quantities or a formal quote, email [email protected].
Yes. Email us with the products and quantities you need and we will send a quote. You can pay by card, PayPal or bank transfer, and you will receive a full VAT invoice.
AUTODESK FREE TRIAL
Every Autodesk licence starts with a 3-day free trial. You pay £0 at checkout and need no card. We assign the full licence to your Autodesk account the same day, so you can install and use the real software. When the trial ends we email you the invoice for the year at the price shown at checkout.
Just don’t pay the invoice, or cancel from My Account → Subscriptions. We remove the licence from your Autodesk account and you owe nothing. Your own drawings and files stay on your computer, but save anything you need before the trial ends. The free trial is available once per customer or business.
If you already have one, give us its email address at checkout and we assign the licence to it. If you don’t, we assign it to your personal or company email address and Autodesk emails you to verify it and register your account. We never create email addresses or accounts for you. Once registered, sign in at autodesk.com to download the software.
PAYMENT, REFUNDS & SUPPORT
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Revolut Pay and bank transfer. All prices are in pounds sterling and already include any VAT. See our Payment Policy.
Yes. Card payments go straight to regulated, PCI DSS compliant payment providers and are protected by 3-D Secure. We never see or store your card number.
Before each renewal we email you an invoice for the next period, which you pay from the link in the email or from My Account. We never charge your card automatically. You can cancel at any time from My Account → Subscriptions.
You can cancel for a full refund at any time before your licence is delivered. Once a key has been sent or a licence assigned, the 14-day change-of-mind right ends. If a licence is faulty, doesn’t activate or isn’t as described, tell us within 7 days and we will replace it or refund you in full. Full details are in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
