On first inspection I had found that the package and contents had clearly been tampered with. The built in hologram on the usb was missing. The protective tape had been torn and placed back on the usb crooked. The product key slip has been torn. I cant trust this product.

Windows 10 is the latest operating system Microsoft currently sell as of 2019 and it runs well on new computers but if you are coming from windows 7, vista even Xp you may have trouble getting all your programs to run well on the windows 10 operating system if you are on older firmwares then check it will run with windows 10 if your computer is old don’t upgrade because it makes a laptop of old age unbearable Tip: if you are running windows 7 home basic and upgrade to windows 10 pro it will erase your system if your running windows 7 pro and upgrade to windows 10 pro you can keep your stuff vice versa with home operating systems if you are looking for a laptop that is quite old than maybe consider upgrading or consider upgrading the ram and changing to an ssd before installing windows 10

The product came in good packaging. The product seems original and of good quality and I believe it is a genuine product from Microsoft because it was well sealed and looked genuine. But when I tried to activate the Windows 10 pro using the product key that came with it, it said you don’t have a valid product key or digital license and cannot activate.I was very worried and contacted support team. They sent a replacement key and activated my windows through anydesk. I appreciate the fact that I got a good support.I wonder why the key that came with it doesn’t work… Anyway I’m happy because atleast I got my windows activated.

product is very genuine , i have dell laptop , this pendrive was not bootable easily , it took me hours to sort out that problem after watching multiple youtube videos , once through , installtion formating was complex , 32 bit not working and lots of problems , finally installed 64 bit .I would suggest to ignore buying online , go to a store with ur laptop , buy there , ask them to install and get rid of this mindless time waste.

Very pleased. No problems installing onto my new M.2 drive. Was a little worried initially because of the negative reviews, but I’ve purchased reconditioned disks from this distributor previously and have never had an issue. Amazing bargain considering how much you have to pay for a version direct from Microsoft.I actually purchased a Home edition from the same distributor a week previous to this one and then saw this a few quid cheaper than the home edition. Was considering returning the home edition, but the price was so cheap I’ve kept it as a backup for when I build another computer.I had no problem installing the operating system. So long as you install to a clean disk it will work firs time. you cannot install an OEM disk on a HDD or SSD that has been previously used unless to format the disk first. If there are any signs of a previous windows installation the install will fail as this is an OEM builders version.

Been running Windows 7 for years and was concerned that it was no longer supported. I was reluctant to upgrade to Windows 10 as there have been lots of bad reports, and I was worried about doing the upgrade myself. No worries – simply insert the disc and it over-writes Windows 7, no need to do anything else. Important to click “save files and data” and Windows 10 even runs my existing software. Wonderful!

I really thought that my aged Dell laptop had bitten the dust but this dongle saved it. The instructions which were written for several OS didn’t entirely match mine, weren’t too difficult to translate. Also I dived in without reaing entirely through the instructions which was a mistake. After following the instructions and doing a bit of translation, I got my laptop working again. Windows 8, most would agree, was something of a misstep for Microsoft. It wasn’t without its positive elements, but Microsoft attempted to steam-roller too much change too quickly, and the pushback from developers and consumers left Windows 8 languishing in the same shadow hinterlands as Vista. However, with Windows 10 it’s clear that there is a welcome return to form for Microsoft. Much of the good stuff from Windows 8 has made it through, but it’s presented in a package that is far closer to Windows 7 than it is to Windows 8. I’ve been using it for a while now as part of the insider program, and I’ve taken the early plunge to convert all my machines over to the new RTM[1] build because I liked it so much.Those who like Windows 8 will likely find it a step backwards, losing as it does the focus on the Modern UI apps. Some features, such as the charms system, are no longer present in Windows 10. For those of us who found Windows 8 to be a dreadful chore, myself included, this is all to the good. Those who persevered and developed some degree of affection for Windows 8 may be displeased. However, the good news there is that Windows 10 does keep the various ‘tablet friendly’ functionality – it just handles it more respectfully. You can switch into a dedicated, and very effective, ‘tablet mode’ without compromising a desktop experience where touch-friendly UI conventions don’t effectively translate. The biggest benefit in this respect is that it solves the dreadful crunching ‘paradigm shift’ that came from the clumsy switching between standard desktop and Modern apps. It’s all handled in a much more coherent way now.However, it’s not quite the slam-dunk Microsoft might have hoped for either for Windows 7 users – it’s very good, but it doesn’t offer a lot of ‘wow’ factor to really make an unanswerable case for upgrading. Perhaps in recognition of this, they have made the upgrade free for a year – there’s no reason that I can see *not* to upgrade, but similarly when asked ‘Why should I’ I find it hard to come up with much more than a list of minor improvements and enhancements. The best I can say is ‘You’ve got nothing to lose’, but the gains correspondingly are somewhat incremental. It feels faster, it’s a lot more elegant, and offers numerous convenience improvements. It’s hard though to come up with a truly compelling ‘must have’ feature list.I do recommend it though, no matter which Windows you may have found yourself using over the past few years.
